Please make sure your new or updated information has been emailed to stephenie_swope@yahoo.com or dropped in the Friends Box by 3pm on Friday, August 31. If you would like to be removed from the directory, please email Stephenie.

If you are new to SCAPA or any information has changed since last year, please provide the information below in an email to Stephenie at stephenie_swope@yahoo.com or print this email and complete the information and place it in the Friends� box in the office at SCAPA Bluegrass. Note that the information you put on this form is used only for the Directory; this is not passed on to the school office for their records.
