SCAPA Fall Art Lease/Coffee House
At Bluegrass SCAPA, Friday, November 16th from 6-8pm. Visual artwork will be on display in the hallways, reception and student performances will take place in the Multi-Purpose Room. All will precede the 8:00pm performance of “All the Way Home” by Lafayette SCAPA in Beeler Auditorium. Don’t miss this annual event!
Governor’s School for the Arts Program (GSA)
The 2008 Governor’s School for the Arts Program (GSA) deadline for application is Dec 28. Applications are obtained online at http://www.kentuckygsa.org/students/gsa-application.asp.
Governor’s Scholars Program (GSP)
High achieving junior level students interested in applying for the 2008 Governor’s Scholars Program (GSP) should plan to attend an informational session about the application process which will be held Wednesday, November 7, at 3:30 p.m. in the LHS library. The 2008 GSP applications are due to Mrs. Carr in the guidance office by 3:30 p.m. on Monday, December 10, 2007. Anne of Green Gables
Anne of Green Gable, The Musical tickets are on sale for $10/student and $12.00/adult in advance and $1.00/ticket more at the door. Tickets can be reserved by calling 233-3535 or purchasing directly from the Lexington Center Box Office, 430 W. Vine Street.

Remaining tickets will be sold beginning 90 minutes prior to performances, November 8th, 9th, and 10th, at the Opera House. Tickets at the Door - $13 Adults, $11 Students.

Mr. Thomas and the students will be performing Lovers for the Kentucky Theatre Association High School Drama Festival, November 9-10, 2007 at Western Kentucky University. Come and support our SCAPA seniors in this bittersweet Irish drama.
